From 15 to 19 October 2022 the world’s largest trade fair for food industry professionals returns: a big event that has been bringing companies from all over the world together in Paris for more than 50 years. It is SIAL Paris, acting as global business hub, is a must-attend show that provides ideas, trends and innovations in the food industry: five days of continuous inspiration for the entire sector.

The PLMA “World of Private Label” international trade fair is back, an important event that for more than 35 years has brought retailers, wholesalers and other private label professionals together to present their products of excellence and discuss about their business.
This represents a further valuable opportunity for interaction and exchange of ideas on private label products. An important marketplace for Gelato d’Italia, which will once again present its latest developments and vision of the ice cream industry along with its 2022 highlights.
This year’s edition will take place from 31st May to 1st June at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Gelato d’Italia will be located in Hall 7, stand number F-8817.
The constant increase in waste continues to cause enormous damages to the environment and an anti-waste policy with a view to a circular economy is now a fundamental commitment to safeguarding the health of ourselves and the planet.
In Gelato d’Italia we are always looking for innovative solutions, able to make our production processes more efficient and more sustainable, especially in a complex historical moment from an economic and environmental point of view, where energy costs are subject to high prices and the environment needs to be protected more than ever.
For this reason, we have established a new waste disposal process that, once differentiated in line, will be sold to a company that produces biogas from organic materials.
A valuable project that allows producing energy from renewable sources supporting recycling and circular economy and allowing Gelato d’Italia to drastically reduce its environmental impact.
